Deposit to hold the date:
We require a $250 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and to begin planning your wedding. The deposit is applied toward your balance. The balance will be due when we contact you. But at this time you must agree to the terms and conditions.

POLICY AND AGREEMENT: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Prices are subject to change. Maui Storybook Wedding, Maui Photography or any contractor(s) of Maui Storybook Weddings or Maui Photography shall not be held liable for non-compliance caused by acts of nature, failure of transportation or equipment or by similar nature beyond reasonable control. In the event of rescheduling of your wedding date and time due to rain or any other unforeseen circumstance, client agrees to accept additional costs including but not limited to flowers, cake and catering expenses. If you hire any contractor(s) for your wedding on your own you agree to notify Maui Storybook Weddings 30 days in advance of your wedding date with names, contact numbers any and all compliance with Maui County and the State of Hawaii. You agree not to hold Maui Storybook Weddings or its contractor(s) liable or responsible for them. Maui Storybook Weddings will begin your ceremony on the time agreed and will not wait for any contractor(s) hired by you if they are late for any reason. Failure to do so will result in those contracted by you not to be used. Overtime fees will be charged if you arrive late for your wedding, if we are able to extend the time frame allotted after the agreed upon meet time for the exception of non-compliance caused by acts of nature; failure of transportation or equipment or by similar nature beyond reasonable control. Maui Storybook Weddings, Maui Photography and all contractor(s) scheduled by Maui Storybook Weddings reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes. TAX: Maui Storybook Weddings will add the Hawaii State Exercise Tax of 4.166 to all services and goods purchased. DEPOSITS: To secure your date, we require a $250.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Your deposit will be applied to your invoice. BALANCE DUE: Your balance is due paid in full 30 days prior to your wedding date, unless otherwise instructed by you; Maui Storybook Weddings will apply your balance to the credit card on file. Please notify us within 30 to 60 days before your wedding if you choose to use another credit card. Other deposit may be required to reserve location, rental, caterers and/or other venders. You will be notified if these requirements apply to you. The deposits will be due at the time of booking. CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your wedding after your balance has been paid in full and it is within 30 days prior to your wedding date there is no refund due, all monies are forfeited and NON-REFUNDABLE. If any items from your invoice are canceled by you within 30 days prior to your wedding date, no refund of any of those items will be applied. If you choose to reschedule your wedding, we will hold your total monies paid minus required deposits for exactly 1 year from your cancellation date. However there will be a 25% rescheduling fee added based on the total amount of your invoice minus required deposits. After 1 year of your cancellation date no monies will be transferable to another wedding date. By submission of this form, we agree to the terms and conditions above.
